Mark Wallis Co-Founder & CTO

Mark has always been involved in cutting-edge projects. He started his career in technology working for the defence industry and then went on to win senior roles with leading mobile telecoms companies, including Motorola; BT (Genie); Cap Gemini; and Telefonica O2 - the world’s fourth largest telecoms operator.

Working as a technical consultant/solution designer for large multinationals since the early age of the Internet provided a unique school of learning where innovation was the main part of the curriculum. Mark was overseeing the development of software for the first version of the mobile internet (Motorola); the first MMS platform (O2/Telefonica); and mobile video streaming (O2/Telefonica). While on the marketing side, he was part of a team that launched the iPhone in the UK (2007).

More recently, Mark has been responsible for several tech start-ups and owns and runs myguide-network.com and has developed technology for a number of global clients. Benefitting from his experience conceiving, developing and running his own technology start-up company, Mark has an in-depth understanding of the challenges that operating and supporting a global company presents. His mission is to deliver technical solutions that enable commercial success.
